Grilled zucchini, roasted potatoes and rib eyes

Grilled zucchini: Wash and slice zucchini lengthwise. Spray with oil and place on grill or grillpan (I used a George Foreman). Turn once. Cook until tender and delicious!

Roasted potatoes: recipe I used grapeseed oil and Italian herbs tonight.
