Chicken with rice

Dinner tonight is REALLY simple but it’s yummy.

I had left over rice to reheat and organic chicken legs/thighs. I put the chicken in a big pot on med-low for an hour or so. After the first 10 minutes or so I added some homemade chicken stock to cover the bottom and prevent burning. I sprinkled on some cumin and kosher salt and covered until yummy. After I was convinced it was ready, I reheated my rice and tossed the rice, chicken and drippings in a bowl-plate. Yum!
