Mongolian beef copy cat

Oh my stars! This is amazing!
I adapted a recipe from another blog.

Approx. 1 pound top sirloin or flank steak sliced thinly (The flank steak is probably more tender)
1/4 c corn starch
Oil for browning

1tsp ground ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c coconut aminos
3/4 c water
1 tsp red pepper
1tbs oil

3 green onions, thinly sliced

Mix sauce ingredients together and warm until slightly thickened. While sauce cooks, toss beef and cornstarch to coat. Heat oil and brown beef on both sides.  Add sauce to beef and stir. Warm until bubbly. Add onions and serve quickly. Yummy over rice!
